The lounge was spacious, and well equipped, and the staff was so kind that they kept asking if there were anything we needed. The only drawback was that they don't have hot food.

The aircraft seemed new. It's good that they prepared for a bottle of water before boarding so that we don't have to ask later.
The screen was good but they lack of new films.
This graph shows clearly when to eat, sleep and land.
The meal was very simple. Probably the Finnair made new policies to cut down costs.
Free drinks are only given with meal. I asked for beer later but it was not free any more.
The quantity was ok but you'll get hungry if you cannot fall asleep.
The screen also provides information on connections.
The breakfast was even simpler.
The inspection at the Helsinki airport took long. We took off earlier than other passengers, otherwise it could take longer.They were checking thoroughly every bags and people.
She still had pain in the foot, so wheelchair was quite useful. I asked staff where to return after use, but they just simply answered we could leave it anywhere.

- 05:00 - 20:00 daily
- Airside - after Security Checks, take the stairs next to Gate 27 (lift access for wheelchair passengers only is located by Gate 26) to the 2nd Floor. The lounge is also accessible to Non-Schengen passengers not in transit and prior to Schengen Passport Control but please allow approximately 15 minutes to reach the departure gates.
Our gate was 9, so we went to the Aspire Lounge by Gate 13.
The lounge was spacious, and well equipped, and the staff was so kind that they kept asking if there were anything we needed. The only drawback was that they don't have hot food.
This was not as delicious as it looked.
