(Menorca) Asador On Egin ★★★★★
Passatge Portixol, 14, 07769 Cala en Bosc, Illes Balears, Spain
- A perfect dinner of juicy Secreto Ibérico, excellent seafood pasta, and Pomada, enjoyed at sunset in the marina.
It's been a while, meat.
There are a few restaurants aournd the marina if you walk a little to north from Playa Cala'n Bosch.
My frist target, La Marina is closed.
Asador On Egin also has good reviews.
Sangria! If they have Sangria, than Sangria it is.
For pasta lover.
For grilled meat lover.
Stew as tapa seemed like a good add-on.

Sangria de Vino 1/2 litro 12 |
I wanted to order 1 liter but failed.
It's dinner time but we were the only customers. Apparently it's not hot season for tourists yet.

Secreto Iberico 23 Iberian Secret |
"Secreto Ibérico is a prized, thinly cut, and heavily marbled shoulder cut from the black Iberico pig of Spain. Its name, meaning "Iberian secret," reflects its hidden location between the shoulder and the loin, making it a challenging but delicious cut to find. Fed a diet of acorns, these pigs produce pork that is exceptionally flavorful, tender, and rich in healthy mono-unsaturated fats. Secreto is best cooked quickly over high heat, such as on a grill or in a hot pan, to a medium-rare or medium doneness, creating a delicious crust and juicy interior."
The Iberico was very well cooked as described above. Crispy outside, juicy inside. When you have good meat, no sauce is needed but only the salt makes it more delicious. Somehow I felt like eating barbecue outside on a field trip with friends.

Espaguetis Marinera 18 Spaghetti with Seafood |
Good pasta with abundant seafood.
Look how juicy it is inside.
Pomada was served as complimentary dessert, which tasted like Italian Limoncello.
"Pomada is not a single Spanish liquor, but a popular cocktail from the Spanish island of Menorca made with Xoriguer gin and lemonade or lemon-flavored soda. It is a refreshing, shared party drink, often served as a slushy or icy granita during the island's summer festivals."
Gas station for boats?
Waiting for a bus back to Ciutadella.
The whola area is a quiet resort town.
Bus receipts.
