(Mallorca) RESTAURANTE MEKENI★★★★
Avinguda de Joan Miró, 16, Ponent, 07014 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain
- A good blend of Filipino and Spanish cuisine with a lively touristy atmosphere. Paella for one is available, and the staff were very kind in explaining the menu.
Fusion Filipino?
After checking in the hotel, we walked out to search for a restaurant.
There were many along the main road, but the first one had good reviews. So we just got in without hesitation.
When I travel, I eat only the local food. This restaurant was officialy categorized as a Filipino, but did have Spanish too, including tapas.
It was good that we could order Paella for 1 person, which is rare.

It tasted like juice, but was good with food.
The staff who looks like Ned from the Spiderman, kindly explained all the menus.

It looked like Korean Tangsuyuk but tasted a little differen.t
I think we made nicely balanced choices like Spanish and Filipino, seafood and pork, spicy and sweet.
Meanwhile I've got an alert from Google Maps that I will reach Local Guide level 8 soon.
I didn't care much but still wanted to check out, and it turned out to be quite a big deal, which is only 42,796 users in the world. Shall I get free food once I reach level 10?
