You can enjoy various tapas. In order to use the toilet, you should get a ticket after buying something or pay 0.5 EUR.   2022-09-06 TUE If you walk a block from the Plaza Mayor to the west, the direction to the Royal Palace of Madrid, you can find the San Miguel Market on you left. It looks like a regular sized building but there's more space to the right. It is full of my favorites such as smoked salmon and sardine.  And Jamon! It's not a traditional market, but there are still much to see and of course eat. While buying a tapas, I asked where the toilet is, then the staff gave me this ticket. The toilet is underground and a lady checks this ticket. If you don't have it, you should pay 0.5 EUR. These two small tapas cost 3.5 EUR. A little expensive but worth it. back to Madrid (2022)

16 Commercial St, Shadwell, London E1 6EW, UK oldspitalfieldsmarket.com 2014-06-06 FRI We headed to the Old Spitalfields Market where the outdoor social is held. 금요일 오후엔 야외 소셜이 있어서 올드 스피탈필드 마켓으로 향했다. She just couldn't pass by shops. 의류 코너를 그냥 지나치지 못하신 그분. There were also vintage clothes but too expensive, probably because of the high living cost in London. 빈티지 의류도 꽤 많았는데 런던 물가가 기본적으로 높다보니 살 엄두는 못냈다. We bought some take-out food and had it for lunch in a public table of the market. 우리나라 시장처럼 음식을 사서 공용 테이블에서 먹을 수 있게 Only a few hours of shower and all sunny during our stay. It doesn't feel like London, but still huge thanx to London! 런던 날씨의 악명은 익히 들어 알고있었는데 우리가 머무르는 동안엔 소나기 몇 번 제외하고 날씨가 계속 좋았다. I've never seen the self-service cashier before London, so it was quite interesting. Howver, I could find them everywhere in Eupore later. 셀프 계산대를 처음 봐서 무척 신기했는데 나중에는 유럽 어디를 가도 흔하게 볼 수 있게 되었다. back to London (2014)

"Serdika" 5, 1000 Sofia Center, Sofia, Bulgaria www.ulpiaserdica.com 시내 한가운데의 고대 유적지 플로브디프에서도 신기한 부분이었는데 관광객이 많이 다니는 길을 따라 걷다보면 갑자기 유적지가 나타나곤 한다. 소피아도 예외는 아니었는데 시내에서 가장 번화한 거리 가운데에서 갑자기 이 유적지를 만나게 되고 심지어 바로 옆엔 지하철 역도 있다. 동선을 따로 잡지 않고도 시내 구경을 하다가 자연스럽게 소피아의 역사를 공부할 수 있는 기회가 된다. 2019-10-08 TUE We headed back to the center from the market. 시장에서 다시 시내 중심부 쪽으로 이동했다. Sofia Synagogue Sofia's Central Market Hall Banya Bashi Park "Tsentralna banya" And this just appeared out of nowhere. 그런데 이게 갑자기 나타났다. We stepped down to look closely. 가까이 보기 위해 내려가 보기로. Is this a historic site or just a metro station? 이것은 유적지인가 지하철역인가? Vehicles are passing by above the site. 위로는 자동차들이 쌩쌩 달리고. Chupa Chups? 츄파춥스? Saint Sofia Monument There was another site across the road, which seems to be still under construction. 길 반대편에도 유적지처럼 보이는 곳이 있는데 여기는 아직 정비가 덜 된 듯 하다. back to Sofia (2019)

"Stefan Stambolov" 36-38, 1000 Sofia Center, Sofia, Bulgaria 지역 시장을 구경할 수 있는 곳 특별한 볼거리가 있는 것은 아니지만 현지인들이 실제로 이용하는 지역 시장을 방문해 보면 그냥 지나치면 알기 어려운 그 도시나 마을만의 분위기를 느낄 수 있어서 여행의 느낌이 더 살아난다. 식료품부터 의류, 생활용품까지 골고루 갖추고 있으며, 양말 등 여행에 필요한 품목을 구입할 수도 있다. 2019-10-08 TUE In order to go the Ladies' Bazaar, we took a bus and a tram. 레이디스 바자에 가기 위해 버스와 트램을 이용했다. Sometimes the tram just stops in the middle of the road, so you need to be careful when getting on and off. 간혹 트램이 길 중앙에 서는 정류장도 있어서 타고 내릴 때 주의해야 한다. Inside the tram. 트램 내부. The market is very close from the tram stop. 트램에서 내리면 바로 시장이 보인다. The street seems modern near the entrance and it looks more tranditional as you walk inside. 입구 주변은 잘 정돈된 현대식 거리처럼 보이는데 안으로 들어갈 수록 전통시장 느낌이 난다. The history of the market. 시장의 역사.
