fish cooked with salt for our dinner as the last course of our day trip to Marsaxlokk.
Pesce is fish in Italian.
Always go for soup. It never fails.
Oysters were way too expensive but sitll wanted to try, so just ordered two, one for each.

Fish and rice in soup. It's just like Korean, but with mediterranean flavor.

Fish of the day can be cooked in a way that you want. We're not sure and they recommended this unique style with salt.

I don't remeber exactly, but the ravioli was ok, or more than just ok.
He managed to slice out the fish, while fighting with lots of flies.
I didn't trust the effect of salt that much, and thought that it's more for the joy of you eyes. However, the fish was very good with chewy texture, and it may thank to the salt.
