Visit late to avoid a long queue. 2024-09-14 SAT Basilica Cattedrale di Sant'Agata is the most iconic architecture in Catania, but I didn't want to wait in a long queue. While chilling in the  I Sapori del Duomo , I've found that there are not many tourists any more, and we finally stepped in. The pulbic place is not as big as I expected, compared to the overall size of the building, but sitll full of beautiful artworks and decorations. back to Catania (2024.9)

St Paul's Cathedral  is an  Anglican   cathedral  in  London ,  United Kingdom , which, as the  cathedra  of the  Bishop of London , serves as the  mother church  of the  Diocese of London . It sits on  Ludgate Hill  at the highest point of the  City of London  and is a  Grade I listed building . Its dedication to  Paul the Apostle  dates back to the original church on this site, founded in AD 604. [1]  The present cathedral, dating from the late 17th century, was designed in the  English Baroque  style by  Sir Christopher Wren . "Sveti Aleksandar Nevski", 1000 Sofia Center, Sofia, Bulgaria www.cathedral.bg 독특하고 아름다운 성당 렉산드르 네프스키 성당은 소피아를 대표하는 랜드마크라고 할 수 있다. 규모도 엄청나지만 유럽의 다른 성당과 달리 독특하면서도 아름다운 모습이, 큰 건물이 없는 곳에 홀로 우뚝 솟아있어 장관을 이룬다. 밖에서 보는 것도 물론 아름답지만 천장의 조명이 눈길을 끄는 내부도 둘러볼만 하다. 2019-10-08 TUE National Gallery that is located in the back of the Cathedral. 성당 뒷쪽에 위치한 국립미술관이다. No toilet outside of the museum. 박물관 입구 밖에 화장실 없음. You need to buy a ticket to get in the National Gallery. 국립미술관은 입구부터 매표소가 있어서 실패. There were no other buildings around, so walked fast to the metro station. 근처에 다른 빌딩이 없어서 지하철역으로 빠르게 이동. I couldn't find toilet so asked to the information. However, I recommend the bell tower, because the view from up there is spectacular. The territory is quite large, so you'd better put enough time for this place. 2017. 5. 3. 수. 키예프에서 가장 유명한 명소는 성소피아성당이다. 성소피아성당이라고 하면 이스탄불의 그것이 가장 먼저 떠오르지만, 성인들의 이름을 딴 성당이 전세계에 있는걸 생각하면 이상한 일도 아니다. 다만, 키예프 입장에서는 좀 억울할지도? "성소피아성당? 그거 이스탄불에 있는거 아냐?" 입구 앞의 광장은 콘서트 등 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있는듯 하다. 부활절은 기독교 국가에서 모두 기념하는 날이겠지만 우크라이나는 좀 유별난 듯 하다. 성소피아성당 앞 광장에 이스터에그를 사용한 기념물이 가득하다. All we need is love! 티켓은 영내 어디어디를 가느냐에 따라서 세분화되어 있다. 우리는 전체 패스 바로 아래 세가지 패스를 구매했는데 적당한 것 같다. 세 가지 티켓은 벨타워, 성소피아성당, 그리고 영내인데 그 중 벨타워부터 오른다. 오르는 길에 밖을 내다보니 아까 그 이스터에그들이 보인다. 북쪽으로 광장을 지나서 성미카엘수도원이 보인다. 영내에서 바라본 벨타워. 성소피아성당 내부는 촬영이 금지되어 있다. 여기는 최근에 만든 작품들이 전시되어 있는 곳인것 같은데 여기만 촬영이 가능한 것 같아서...
