Església del Carme (to be posted) is up on the hill, and works as a start point of tour. Mercat des Peix is right down the hill. The gate seems to show the old tradtion of the market. The building on the right when you enther the gate, is full of tapas restaurants. A local branch of the Pintxos in Barcelona? Probably that's the reason why this shop is the most popular among the customers. It's not cheap but good to try various tapas with wine. You can be easily lost. That's my shirt that I've bought from my friend in a flea market! Did he buy it in Vietnam? The front of the market seemed to be a popular photo zone. durian 150k The whole durian so expensive that I wonder how many locals enjoy this fruitish thing. There was no price tag and we just picked up with a strategy to find out how much it is by watching the money being paid by other customers. The kind owner even brought a chair for her to sit down enjoying durian. No kiss for an hour. A home-made alcohol that may turn you into a Superman. Try to find Dieo dien trang if you can. Coffee seemed to one of the best sellers as Vietnamese coffee is famous. And you import pear from Korea? back to Ho Chi Minh (2025.1)

We arrived around noon, but still could enjoy the market, round-trip to St. Peters' Pool, and dinner with sunset. 2024-09-08 SUN Marsaxlokk Open Market Marsaxlokk fish market is one of the must-do in Malta on Sundays, so when I arrannge to-do's for each day of our stay, this was the frist thing settled. All the reviews said that you should get there early to avoid crowd and enjoy sunrise before fish market closes at 10:00. I did the math and it turned out that we're supposed to dearpt at 5:24 from the hotel, which I already knew, is impossible. The hotel staff said that Sunday is still better to visit but we don't have to rush, and we can still go for it around nood.
