The first place you should visit in Budapest
I've been to the most of the major cities in the world, but Budapest is the most beautiful one. However, the Castle Hill is the first place you should visit, and then you can go up to the Fisherman's Bastion to enjoy the spectacular view to the Pest area. After walking around Buda area, you can visit other places spread in Pest area. So I recommend you begin your Budapest trip from the Castle Hill.

부다페스트라는 이름은 도나우 강 서쪽의 부다(Buda) 지역과 동쪽의 페스트(Pest) 지역을 합쳐 부르는데서 유래하였다. 부다 지역은 왕궁을 비롯해서 부유한 귀족 등이 살던 곳으로, 지대가 페스트 지역보다 높아서 내려다 보는 형상이다.
전쟁으로 파괴되었는 성은 후에 다시 복구하였고 지금은 박물관 등으로 사용되는데, 가장 남쪽에 있는 위 건물은 역사박물관이다.
언덕 최남단에는 페스트 지역을 내려다 보는 듯한 상이 세워져 있다.
진격의 거인이 건물 뒷편에서 나타날 것만 같은 풍경.
