다양한 요리를 맛볼 수 있는 저렴한 식당
식당 이름은 dumpling(만두)이지만 만두 외에도 메뉴가 꽤 다양하다. 가격도 저렴해서 둘이 실컷 먹으면 우리 돈으로 만원 정도 나올까 말까 한다. 가게는 작은데 손님이 많아서 식사시간대에는 대기줄도 길고 합석은 기본이다.

I've searched for a good restaurant for dinner near our hotel and found this Fuda Dumpling. On the way we passed by a Korean BBQ restaurant.

호텔 근처에서 저녁 먹을만한 식당을 찾다가 이 Fuda Dumpling을 찾아냈다. 가는 길에 삼겹살집이 있어서 찍어봤다.

Yes, they have English menu. 영어 메뉴도 있다.

This is one of the side dish. You can order what you want or take some from the shelf yourself. Each plate costs 30 TWD.

이건 메인 메뉴는 아니고 일종의 반찬인데, 원하는 반찬을 주문하거나 직접 가져오면 접시당 30씩 지불하는 시스템이다.

Tofu? 뭔지 모르겠는데 식감은 두부처럼 부드럽다.

The original version of Korean Jajangmyeon.
우리나라 짜장면의 원조격인 작장면이다.

The flavor is not as strong as the Korean one but still delicious.
짜장면처럼 자극적은 맛은 아닌데 충분히 맛있다.

Soup dumplings 130

The most-selling menu here. The soup is sticky and has many ingredients.
이 집의 대표메뉴인 완탕스프. 만두국? 국물은 전분이 들어간듯 끈적이고 건더기도 충부닣 들어있다.

The restaurant is quite popular. There is a long queue in busy hours and you mostly have to share a table with others.

식사를 마치고 나올 때까지도 기다리는 줄이 길었다.
