월드오브코카콜라는 기본적으로 코카콜라의 홍보를 위한 시설이지만 코카콜라가 갖는 미국 문화에 대한 상징성이나 시설의 다채로운 구성 덕분에 훌륭한 관광상품이 되었다. 시설에 대한 소개, 안내 영상, 각종 체험 시설, 4D 극장이 있다. 하이라이트는 전세계의 음료수를 무제한으로 마실 수 있는 시설인데 대륙 별로 모여있는 기계에 컵을 대고 버튼만 누르면 원하는만큼 마실 수 있다. 안내원이 농담 반 진담 반으로 화장실이 바로 옆에 있다고 알려준다. 온라인에서 미리 표를 구매하면 대기시간을 줄일 수 있다.

The reason why we chose the hotel was because it is close from the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca Cola. The Google map said it'll take 5 minutes on foot, and it actually did.
호텔을 선택한 가장 중요한 이유는 조지아 아쿠아리움과 월드오브코카콜라와 가까워서였다. 구글 지도 상으로 도보 5분인걸 보고 설마 그 정도일까 싶었는데 직접 가보니 정말이었다.
The Aquarium and Coca Cola is on the left side, and it's the Olympic Park on the right side.
호텔에서 나오면 만나는 사거리에서 좌측이 아쿠아리움과 코카콜라, 우측이 올림픽 공원이다.
We will visit the Aquarium tomorrow. We saved it for Christmas because it's the only open on the holiday.
크리스마스에 운영하는 곳은 아쿠아리움 뿐이라서 아쿠아리움은 내일 가기로 했다.
There is the ticket office to the World of Coca Cola.
저 앞에 보이는 것이 코카콜라 매표소다.
I already printed the tickets so entered right away. There is a city pass with which you can enter main tourist sites, but it was not for us because most of them close down during our stay on Christmas.
온라인으로 구매한 표를 출력해 와서 바로 입장했다. 주요 관광지를 저렴하게 들어갈 수 있는 시티패스가 있긴 한데 크리스마스에는 어차피 대부분 닫아서 우리한테는 별로 필요가 없었다.
When you get inside, you are given a brochure and a welcome drink, of course, Coca Cola. You don't have to be greedy to ask for two, because you will be filled with them later.
입장하면 바로 안내책자와 콜라 한 캔을 준다. 나중에 어차피 배터지게 마실거라서 하나 더 달라고 욕심낼 필요는 없다.
Before going into the main hall, there is a short presentation of this facility. If you answer the quiz you will get a small prize.
메인홀로 입장하기 전에 간단한 설명을 듣는다. 코카콜라의 역사에 대한 퀴즈도 있는데 맞추면 작은 기념품을 준다.
After presentation, they play a short film. It's so well-made and looks cool like TV commercials, you are almost brain-washed and begin to think that Coca Cola is something makes my life special.
마지막으로 짧은 홍보영상을 보여주는데 감각적인 영상에 어찌나 잘 만들었는지 다 보고 나면 코카콜라는 사랑이라고 쇠뇌될 지경이다.
There was a long queue waiting to take a picture with the polar bear. The mask even make expressions.
코카콜라의 마스코트인 북극곰과 사진 찍으려는 줄이 엄청 길었다. 그냥 탈이 아니라 안에 기계 장치가 있는지 표정도 다양하게 지었다.

코카콜라 제조법에 대한 사연이 여기저기 자주 등장하는데, 이 금고 형태의 문은 그 제조법 문서를 보관하는 금고를 형상화한 입구이다. 실제로 내부에 그 금고가 첨단 경비시설과 함께 존재한다.

It is said that the formula actually is in that vault. When you get too close, the alarm rings, but there are too many tourists crossing the line, so it doesn't seem to mean anything.
코카콜라의 비밀 공식이 실제로 저 금고 안에 있다고는 하는데 실제로 저기 보관할 필요가 있을까 싶다. 기념사진을 찍기 위해 너무 가까이 다가가면 알람이 울리는데 워낙 자주 울려서 무슨 의미가 있나 싶다.
There is also a 4D theater and the film is of course about how cool Coca Cola is.
4D 상영관도 있는데 내용은 당연히 코카콜라다. 한국 관광객을 꽤 마주쳤는데 극장 들어가는 줄 뒤에 있던 아주머니들이 그 분보고 어디서 많이 본것 같은데 연예인 아니냐고 하시더라. 그분은 종종 있는 일이라는 듯 대수롭지 않은 반응. 난 매니저인가? 내연남?

There are more than sections that is consist of the drinks from same continents. For example, this ones are from North America. Each section has three sets of taps but they are same, so you can just use one with short queue.
큰 기둥이 여러개 있는데 각 기둥은 각 대륙의 음료수로 나뉘어져 있다. 기둥 별로 음료 배출구가 세 곳인데 구성은 동일하므로 편한 곳에서 따라 마시면 된다.
The most unique section was Africa.
가장 특색있는건 아프리카였다.
