We had breakfast in the hotel and went to the Istanbul airport.
호텔에서 조식을 먹고 이스탄불 공항으로 이동했다.

Because of the heavy traffic, it took longer than expected.
생각보다 차가 많이 막혀서 시간이 오래 걸렸다.
And now we are in Greece. We checked in the hotel and came out right away for lunch. Bought metro 24h tickets 4 EUR for each.
드디어 그리스 도착. 예약을 도와준 직원에게 팁을 줘야겠다 싶어서 영화에서처럼 악수하면서 2유로를 슬쩍 건네줬더니 표정이 이상하다. 다음부턴 까불지 말고 그냥 줘야지. 바로 호텔을 나와서 24시간용 메트로 티켓을 각 4유로에 구매했다.
During this trip I didn't have network, but I could find the place only with a paper map. However, it turned out that we sat in the seats of the next restaurant.
로밍 없이 여행 다니던 시절이라 지도만 갖고 예습했던 식당을 찾아서 뿌듯해 했는데 정작 앉은 테이블은 옆 가게였다는 슬픈 이야기.
It was something I couldn't stand that I couldn't have alcohol in Turkey, and finally I can enjoy beer with meal.
식사하면서 맥주 한 잔 하는게 여행의 묘미였는데, 이슬람 국가인 터키에서는 그게 좀 아쉬웠다. (식당에서 술을 파는 곳이 거의 없음) 드디어!

그리스 물가 저렴할 줄 알았는데 생각보다 음식값이 비쌌다. 지로는 토마토, 양파 등과 함께 보통 샌드위치와 먹는 그리스식 고기 요리이고, 수블라키는 그리스식 꼬치요리다.

“Souvlaki” is basically the greek take on meats on skewers and a famous gastronomic tradition among natives and tourists.
In Greece, the preferred meat is small pieces of pork, though other meats can be used such as lamb, chicken or beef. A souvlaki meal consists of several skewers of meat served with any combination of pita bread, fried potatoes, vegetables, lemon and sauces.
