Our favorite in Vung Tau. We've visited this restaurant twice, though it's quite far from our hotel.

We've decided to - She let me - choose 6 flavours for each, and she chose 6 Onion Oils. Salmon cheese was ok, XO was too much, but Onion Oil and Taramid were so good. I generally don't like sauce when the ingredient has its own rich falvour. Howeever, both just completed the taste of oyster.

Of course we've ordered more. This time, I've wanted to try something new. I thought that I've ordered Green chili salt, but it seemed that I have Taramid again.

This time, 7 Onion Oils, which we picked the best.
Even the oyster in the congeee is this big.
I should look for the recipe.
