Youc can easily find small shops around streets, but the prices are ridiculous. Probably it works that way because tourists don't care about the small difference in prices. But if you do, here's the only real supermarket inside the old town. Somehow donuts are cheaper than Korea. Or it's just that Koreas bread is too expensive. The bakeries claim that it's because they import most of butter, but I'm doubt it considering that Koreans believe somehting expensive is also better in quality.
