(Lisbon) Sabor de Casa ★★★

• A small cozy restaurant in a corner of a small street. Guests seemed to be mostly neighbors. They have English menu but I don't think it listed all items. Food is ok but over-priced.

A real local restaurant. 

It was around 8 PM when we checked in out hotel. We were so tired that I just picked up the closed restaurant for dinner. All guests seemed like locals except us. They were mostly having beer and while watching soccer or just outside. 

It was a very small restaurant, probably run by a family.

The reviews said that this is a traditional Portugeuse, but frankly I didn't get such an impression from the menu. There were not many options but I ddin't care much. I wasn't hugnry and just wanted to have beer while she has dinner.

I just fonund this in a warming container and thought that it'd be good with beer. It'd be better if it was warmer.

Is this it? Later I've found out that Bifana is one of the most popular traditional Portuguese food. I didn't have another chance to compare with other restaurants. 

I think the English menu only listed a few items of dishes, because the staff recommended others dishes like this salad. 

And salmon.
