식당은 물론 음식의 맛이 기본이지만 여행지에서 천천히 음식을 즐기면서 식사를 하기 위해선 그 지역의 풍경이 주변에 있다면 더욱 좋다. 그런 면에서 이 식당은 언덕 위에서 얀트라 강과 기념비가 한 눈에 들어오는 최고의 전망을 갖고 있다. 전망 뿐만 아니라 서비스, 음식 모든 부분이 만족스러웠다.

터미널에서 돌아오는 버스에서는 인쇄 방식의 버스요금 영수증을 받았다. 1레프(670원)에도 영수증을 주다니. (버스표겠지)

Monument to the Hanged. Most of the European old towns have a plaza in the center. However, Veliko Tarnovo is located on the hill, so there is no central plaza. Also they hanged people near the entrance to the town instead of plaza.
유럽 대부분의 올드타운은 중앙광장을 갖고 있는데 벨리코투르노보의 경우 언덕에 위치해서 광장이 없다. 그래서 교수형을 할 때도 광장이 아니라 마을 입구에 걸어놨는데, 여기가 바로 예전 마을 입구이며 교수형 당한 사람들을 위한 기념비가 세워져 있다.

색깔은 다르지만 언덕 위에 지어진 집들이 산토리니를 떠올리게 한다.
Yantra River flows with U shape at this point, making exotic view.
이 지점에서 U자 모양으로 흐르면서 특유의 장관을 만들어낸다.
I just couldn't help but keep taking pictures.

It costs a little higher than the Bulgarian average, but a way more cost-effective than other fancy restaurants in other cities.
불가리아 평균보다 다소 높은 가격대지만 다른 도시 어떤 식당보다도 가성비가 뛰어나다. (나중에 계산서 보면 안다.)
You cant' skip wine in Bulgaria. 불가리아에서 와인 없이 식사할 수는 없다.
