트렌디한 골목에서 즐기는 훌륭한 식사
플로브디프의 유명 식당들은 한 작은 골목에 몰려있는데 Pavaj는 그 중에서도 사람이 가장 많이 다니는 중앙에 야외 테이블을 다수 확보하고 있다. 색다른 메뉴도 많고 음식이 모두 만족스러웠다. 약간 불편한 부분이 있었는데 대처를 잘해주셔서 기분 좋게 식사를 마칠 수 있었다.
There are some interesting menus such as horse tenderloin and chicken livers.
말고기나 닭 간처럼 흥미로운 메뉴가 좀 있었다. (하지만 안 먹음)
We had an outdoor table. 야외 테이블에 착석.
For every meal, I was amazed with the wines and the price.
저렴한 가격에도 훌륭한 와인을 만날 수 있어서 매번 놀란다.
She ordered this exotic soup with all the healthy ingredients.

그분께서는 건강한 재료가 잔뜩 들어간 이 특이한 스프를 주문하셨다.
I ordered something similar but one with yogurt instead of beet.
나도 비슷한 차가운 스프를 주문했는데 비트 대신 요거트가 들어간거다.
The pate was so good that we almost finished the bread before the main dishes. The ones I used to eat smelled meat too much but this one didn't.
별 기대 안하고 주문한 파테였는데 생각보다 맛있어서 메인 나오기 전에 빵을 거의 다 먹어버렸다. 전에 먹었던 파테들은 고기 비린내가 좀 나서 비위 좋은 나도 약간 부담스러웠는데 여기는 그런 느낌이 전혀 없었다.

There was a minor mistake but the manager politely apologized so we were ok.
음식에 작은 실수가 있었는데 매니저 분이 정중하게 사과하셔서 우리도 크게 문제삼지 않고 넘어갔다.
It costed 70 BGN whic is about 40 USD. They only take cash. We were quite satisfied so left enough tips.
5만원이 조금 안나왔는데 꽤 만족스런 식사라 팁도 넉넉히 두고 나왔다. 현금만 가능하다.
The dessert alcohol was so strong that it felt like burning the food in my stomach. Maybe we should eat dinner again?
실수 때문이었는지 원래 나오는건지 디저트용 술이 나왔는데 상당한 독주라서 식도를 타고 들어가 음식까지 녹여버리는 듯 했다. 저녁을 다시 먹어야하나?
The street gets crowded as the night comes.
밤이 오자 점차 활기를 띄는 거리.
