(Sóller) Restaurant Bar Nadal ★★★★
Plaça de sa Constitució, 8, 07100 Sóller, Illes Balears, Spain
- One of the best paellas I’ve ever had. Generous ingredients and nicely chewy fish. Fewer tourists and a better view of the church. The staff weren’t very friendly, though.
Paella worth to wait for 35 minutes.
Restaurants near famous landmarks are mostly too tourist-targeted therefore not so good, but you can still find hidden gems like this.
They clearly warned that Paella takes at least 35 minutes to be served, but we didn't mind at all.

Berenjenas 20.9 Stuffed Aubergine Beef accompanied by fries |
We had English menu but I had no clue what "Aubergine" means.
AI Overview
"Aubergine" and "eggplant" refer to the exact same plant, with the difference being regional terminology: eggplant is the common term in North America, while aubergine is used in the United Kingdom and other parts of the English-speaking world. The term "eggplant" may have originated from the appearance of earlier, white, egg-shaped varieties of the fruit, while "aubergine" comes from French and has older roots in Arabic and Catalan languages.
So it was stuffed eggplant with familiar taste but still delicious.
Here comes the tram.
