Unique and delicate menus. Prague is a tourist city, and that means there tons of restaurants that looks nice but food is terrible. Casserol is located underground so you can't enjoy Prague while dining, but this is the place you should visit if you look for real cuisine with comfortable service.

점심은 Caffe 5에서 간단히 먹었으니 저녁은 근사하기 먹어야지. 기왕이면 까를교가 내다보이는 강변 레스토랑에서 근사한 저녁을 먹고 싶었으나 시간이 너무 늦어서 리뷰 좋은 레스토랑은 대부분 영업이 끝나 있었다. 뷰는 포기하고 제대로 된 식사가 하고 싶어서 올드타운쪽으로 조금 더 들어가서 찾은 곳이 Casserol이다.

계단으로 내려가면 주방부터 보이는 특이한 구조다. 하얀색의 깔끔한 주방.

정작 테이블이 놓인 실내는 지하의 벽 질감을 그대로 살린 시크한 분위기다.

지하감옥처럼 보이는 창문 옆에 설치된 스피커가 이색적이다.
